The rooms may be "a little dated" in this large white high-rise, but the "beds are sooo comfortable", the WiFi's free and there are views of either "gorgeous Lookout Mountain" or Downtown; also earning praise are the "enjoyable fitness center" and heated (but "small") indoor pool, so it's just a staff that ignores "unsupervised young people running the halls" that irks a few.

Convenient to Baylor.

Restaurants were lousy.

Old and dated lobby, great rooms. Restaurant was poor service and even worse food. No place to get fresh coffee in the morning in the lobby!

Location.

Asked for a king bed, but got two doubles.

The hotel was clean and accommodating. We had a wonderful view from our room. The hotel staff was not particularly friendly, but not unhelpful.
